Job Title: BIM / VDC Digital Delivery Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Delivery Lead / BIM Manager to guide our Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists. This role involves managing digital model environments and deliverables at the project level, ensuring a seamless interaction among all disciplines and the production of construction documents. You will work closely with Project Managers to generate and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and oversee project initiation procedures, including server infrastructure and digital deliverables.

This role requires working in an office environment 3 to 5 days a week, with a flexible 3 & 2 schedule based on project needs. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $70.00/hr.
