Job Title: BIM Lead
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated BIM Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with customers, peers, and other departments. You will perform modeling primarily utilizing Revit, as well as AutoCAD MEP, and make extensive use of Navisworks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed use of Revit, including setting up and maintaining jobs, files, families, schedules, and work sets.
  • Extract detailed information from the Revit model.
  • Provide dimensioned working/shop drawings for field installation and prefabrication.
  • Provide as-built record drawings at the end of the project.
Essential Skills
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Designer.
  • Detailed understanding of Revit processing including setting up and maintaining jobs, files, families, schedules, and work sets.
  • Experience in electrical design or electrical construction (cable trays & conduit) for at least 2 years.
  • At least 1 project experience doing clash detection in Navisworks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working on mission-critical projects such as data centers or semiconductors.
  • Experience with running clash detection and coordination meetings.
Work Environment

The role offers a flexible start time from 5 AM to 7 AM, with 8-10 hour workdays, Monday through Friday. Work will be conducted primarily on-site in a trailer for a minimum of 2-3 days or full-time, with an option to work from the office as well.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
