We are hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) communicators to teach adult ESL using a structured, conversation-based method.

This is not a typical teaching job.

We are looking for people who:

• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Pay attention to detail
• Follow instructions
• Show up consistently

If that’s not you, this will not be a good fit.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Teach small-group adult ESL classes
• Use our structured curriculum (no lesson planning)
• Lead conversation-based lessons (not grammar lectures)
• Build confidence in adult learners

📈 Growth Opportunity

• Start at $25/hour during training
• Teachers who learn our system and build classes can earn $100/hour+

🕒 Schedule (Flexible)

We offer classes:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

👉 You are NOT expected to be available for all hours

👉 You choose classes based on your availability

👉 New classes open monthly based on demand
