Our client is looking for a bilingual talent to join the dynamic global engineering team and play a key role in developing next-generation embedded systems for vehicles. They are looking for a passionate and experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities •� � � Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive applications. •� � � Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality results within project timelines. •� � � Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues. •� � � Collaborate closely with engineers in Japan and North America to drive project success. •� � � Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. •� � � Prepare and present progress reports, and actively contribute in team discussions.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements: •� � � 5+ years of professional engineering experience in product development. •� � � Hands-on experience with Flutter, Rust, or similar programming languages. •� � � Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. •� � � Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and spoken). Preferred: •� � � Experience in the automotive industry, such as car navigation, infotainment, or car audio systems.
