Bilingual Social Media Intern

In our Los Angeles office, the Content team of FlareFlow works closely with local studios and talent to create high-quality original microdramas. We are now seeking a self-driven and dedicated intern (bilingual in English and Mandarin) to join our Social Media Team to help us scale our marketing on multiple social media platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish content across major platforms: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Assist with on-set content capture, including filming, behind-the-scenes materials, and creative coordination.
• Research social media trends, memes, and audience behaviors; collaborate closely with the video editing team to enhance content visibility and engagement.
• Track, organize, and analyze performance data across platforms.
• This internship is unpaid, but we provide valuable professional experience and mentorship.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for film/TV, short-form storytelling, and social media.
• Strong awareness of trends, online culture, and fast-moving digital conversations.
• Familiar with major social platforms, their features, and backend tools.
• Creative, expressive, and comfortable pitching ideas.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Able to work at least 3 days per week in our Los Angeles office (negotiable).
