The Role:

This isn’t your average 8-to-5 desk job. You’ll be the bridge between our local clients and job seekers. From managing high-volume light industrial pipelines to sourcing top-tier administrative professionals, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a diverse range of roles (Light Industrial, Administrative, Professional, etc.).
• Bilingual Communication: Fluently pivot between English and Spanish to support our diverse candidate pool and client base.
• High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize top-tier sourcing platforms and networking to keep our talent pipeline overflowing.
• Compliance & Onboarding: Manage the "nitty-gritty"—including background checks, drug screens, and comprehensive onboarding paperwork.
• Client Management: Act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring we understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Skills Assessments & Training: Administer evaluations to ensure quality placements and lead training sessions for new hires.

What You Bring to the Table

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.

Language-Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (Written & Verbal).

Adaptability-Ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Tech Savvy-Proficient with sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS systems).

Professionalism-Excellent client interaction skills and a "people-first" attitude.
