LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization to identify a motivated Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This position supports a standalone Human Resources function, serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related and office administration needs. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in maintaining compliant, efficient, and employee-centered HR operations. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, contribute to process improvements, and support employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR administration, employee documentation, and personnel records.
- Support full-cycle employee processes including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance to employees and leadership on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with employee relations matters, ensuring professionalism, discretion, and compliance.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support benefits administration, open enrollment activities, and ongoing employee inquiries.
- Coordinate required training initiatives and maintain compliance documentation.
Payroll Administration:
- Process full-cycle payroll for weekly and seasonal workforce populations.
- Enter, review, and audit payroll data, including timekeeping and punch in/punch out accuracy.
- Utilize ADP systems to process payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Support high-volume payroll cycles with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies confidentially.
Administrative Operations
- Maintain daily office operations, administrative workflows, and HR systems.
- Coordinate facilities-related needs and manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Ensure organized document management and accurate recordkeeping.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Contract & Compliance Support
- Review, track, and maintain contracts and related documentation.
- Maintain compliance files, regulatory documentation, and audit-ready records.
- Support internal initiatives related to risk mitigation and documentation accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of Human Resources experience; experience in a standalone or generalist role preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Experience with ADP payroll systems and full-cycle payroll processing.
- Working knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Comfortable managing HR and administrative processes independently.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $85,000
