LHH is seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Order Processing Associate for a direct hire position in Gastonia, NC! This position provides bilingual customer support while managing order transactions from intake through completion. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to support order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and timely fulfillment, serving both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This position is fully onsite Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders from receipt through invoicing, ensuring accuracy at each step
  • Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish via phone and email
  • Respond to inquiries related to order status, availability, pricing, and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm inventory, resolve issues, and support delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in internal systems
  • Log customer concerns and coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Support process improvements and assist with training new team members when needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or account support
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, supply chain, or related field
  • (or equivalent education and experience)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Experience using ERP, CRM, or order management platforms
  • Confident working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
