About The Language School


The Language School is a fast-growing English and Spanish school for adults in Denver.

Since opening our new location, we have experienced rapid growth and are currently adding multiple new classes every month.


We are looking for culturally aware bilingual instructors who can help adult learners communicate confidently in English through conversation-based classes.

Our highest-demand class times are:


📅 Monday–Friday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

📅 Saturdays & Sundays


Teachers looking for more hours and long-term growth opportunities should be available during at least some of these time slots.

What You’ll Do


  • Teach small-group adult ESL classes
  • Lead conversation-based English lessons
  • Use our structured curriculum and presentations (no lesson planning required)
  • Help adult students build confidence speaking English
  • Create a positive and professional classroom environment
  • Follow our teaching system and classroom structure exactly as trained

Compensation & Growth Opportunities


💵 Starting Pay: $25/hour

Teachers who successfully learn our system and demonstrate strong classroom leadership, professionalism, reliability, and student retention may qualify for additional opportunities as the school grows.

  • Pay increases to $30/hour for Lead Teachers
