• Assessment & Goal Setting:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify clinical needs and establish measurable, evidence-based therapy treatment goals.
• Direct Therapy:Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing specialized modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) to address complex behavioral and emotional disorders.
• Intervention Evaluation:Systematically evaluate the progress and effectiveness of clinical interventions, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.

Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 11:00 am - 8:00pm; Thursday 8:30a - 5:00p; Friday 9:00a - 3:00p

A master's degree in Counseling or Social Work is expected for this role

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
