Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support across multiple departments, including operations, student services, and human resources. This individual will play a key role in supporting student registration, communicating with families, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with student registration processes, including frequent interaction with Spanish-speaking families
  • Maintain and update student records, including special education and compliance documentation
  • Support administrative functions such as data entry, file management, and document tracking
  • Coordinate and maintain calendars, logs, and departmental records
  • Provide support for HR-related tasks such as employment verifications and onboarding documentation
  • Utilize internal systems to input and manage data (e.g., student information systems)
  • Help organize and support seasonal or annual programs and reporting requirements
  • Ensure records are properly archived and accessible when needed
  • Provide general administrative support across departments as needed


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and software platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities


Additional Details:

  • Fully onsite role
  • Immediate start preferred
  • Contract role expected to last at least 2 months, with potential for extension
