By The Bay Health, a non-profit established in 1975, set the standard for hospice in the U.S. by emphasizing the role of the patient in making important medical decisions. Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. Our team approach strives to address practical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care, with the goal to maximize quality of life for our patients, caregivers and families.
Our S.F. Team has a diverse and dedicated team of clinicians, many of whom are multilingual in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taishanese. We are proud to serve a wide population of monolingual Chinese speaking patients and their families with the ability to meet them where they are, providing comfort and support in their own language and cultural milieu. We strive to employ clinicians who have the passion and language/cultural skillsets to continue providing the highest level of care possible as we grow our census of culturally diverse patients.
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a Hospice Team Nurse. This person will be responsible for the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm

San Francisco & Marin Counties
