Barback – Harrah’s Laughlin
Must be 21 years of age or older
A Barback is the unsung hero behind every smooth‑running bar—the bartender’s right hand and the backbone of fast, efficient service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high‑energy environment, enjoys physical work, and takes pride in keeping operations organized and guest‑ready.
- Stock & Restock: Maintain full inventory of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, napkins, and straws
- Support Bartenders: Refill ice bins, change kegs, prep garnishes, and retrieve supplies during service
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Wipe down bar surfaces, collect dirty glassware, remove trash, and keep the bar area spotless
- Opening & Closing Duties: Assist with bar setup before service and breakdown/cleaning at the end of the shift
- Guest Interaction: Provide Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service, occasionally running drinks or answering guest questions during busy periods
