Location: On-site in Georgetown (5 days/week)

Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000

Position Overview:

The Benefits Administrator will support the administration and oversight of self-funded benefits program. This role works closely with Payroll, HR, and external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for employees.


This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, auditing experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit benefits and payroll deductions each cycle to ensure accuracy
  • Support monthly and quarterly reconciliations, including 401(k)
  • Review eligibility, enrollments, and employee benefit changes
  • Maintain and ensure accurate employee coding across departments and divisions
  • Assist with claims review and partner with broker/TPAs to resolve issues
  • Support administration of self-funded medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy plans
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and related regulations
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and plan documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and escalations


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of self-funded benefits experience
  • Strong understanding of claims and benefits processes
  • Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms (Employee Navigator, Paylocity preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
