Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and service-oriented Bell Supervisor with a strong background and experience in Front Office to join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

As a Bell Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the bell desk, ensuring smooth and efficient guest arrival and departure experiences.
• Maintaining positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
• Ensuring the delivery of brand promise and providing exceptional guest service at all times.
• Supervising the handling of guest luggage, transportation arrangements, and other related services.
• Ensuring all bell associates maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, and service delivery.
• Providing guidance, training, and support to bell associates to enhance service quality and performance.
• Coordinating closely with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitoring lobby activities and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment at all times.
• Ensuring adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Front Office operations, preferably as a Senior Bellman or Bell Captain in a hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of bell desk operations and guest service standards.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good knowledge of local area, attractions, and transportation services will be an advantage.
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and service-oriented personality.
• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields will be an advantage.
