We are seeking a representative to work in our automotive Business Development Center. The Service Liaison is responsible for receiving all inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments. The Service Liaison responds to inquiries via internet, phone and visits to the dealership. He or she answers incoming telephone calls in a warm, helpful, and professional manner. Outgoing calls and incoming assigned tasks are part of the daily routine. This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment. In addition to providing the best possible automotive experience for our guests, our purpose is to make a difference in people’s lives.
