We are currently seeking a representative to work in our automotive Business Development Center. The Automotive BDC Representative responds to inquiries via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. He or she answers incoming telephone calls in a warm, helpful, and professional manner. Outgoing calls and incoming assigned tasks are part of the daily routine. This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment. In addition to providing the best possible automotive experience for our guests, our purpose is to make a difference in people’s lives. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and some call center experience is preferred. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for working with both staff and customers. Fluent English speaking and writing communication skills, good time management skills, and a professional appearance and behavior are required.
