Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in every drink
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and providing information about the menu offerings
- Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails using fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and premium spirits, following Zuma's recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and garnishes, in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies, and communicate any shortages or replenishment needs to the bar manager or supervisor
What We Look For
Our ideal candidate embodies our values and the following:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high volume, high-end restaurant, hotel, bar, or hospitality establishment preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
- Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences
