- Assistwith overall alcoholic beverage preparation. - Use of jigger pouring, cutting fruit and other garnishes as needed - Follows local,stateand federal health standards, and follows recipes designed by onsite F&B leadership. - Assistswith the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the bar, dining room, walk-incoolersand all storage areas. - Performsadditionalresponsibilities as requested by the onsite F&B leadership. - Hand wash and/or use of industrialdishwashersfor glassware and other barware items. - Always follow sanitation policies
