Responsible for safely preparing food, processing transactions and maintaining Family Style Service for guests in the Express Snack Bar.
Prepares items according to standards while maintaining consistency and quality of product.
Maintains cleanliness of productions and service areas.
Assists management with implementation and execution of sanitation, health and OSHA regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
