Store Hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM SUNDAY - THURSDAY 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Role Description

We’re hiring openers and closers! We’re searching for people who are passionate about details and create good energy. Responsibilities include preparing beverages and food items, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with general shop operations. The role also involves engaging with customers, answering questions, and creating a friendly, welcoming environment for everyone.

What You’ll Do

• Open or close the shop 
• Dial in coffee, prep pastry case, keep the POS tidy
• Stock and curate shelves
• Work the register and connect with customers
• Keep the space clean, organized, and vibey at all times
• Jump in wherever needed around the shop

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista techniques preferred and experience with food preparation
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Team-oriented and adaptable to the dynamic needs of a retail shop
• Familiarity with boutique or local grocer settings is a plus
