Barista - Campus Coffee Shop

Posistion Summary:

Baristas bring the campus coffee shop to life. With friendly service and attention to detail, baristas craft drinks, serve pastries, and help create a vibrant space where students, faculty, and staff connect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and espresso drinks according to recipes
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Learn and uphold shop procedures and safety standards
• Support fellow team members during busy shifts
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive campus community

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or food service experience (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week
