Seeking an experienced Pitmaster to join a dynamic team of culinary professionals in a truly unique hospitality environment. This opportunity is based on a working cattle ranch and exclusive private members-only golf club in West Texas, featuring a high-end Texas steakhouse experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead the Pit Program from the ground up. The club currently features one restaurant, with a second concept scheduled to open in 2027. Candidates must have extensive Pitmaster experience and a strong understanding of upscale Texas barbecue and live-fire cooking techniques.
