The barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stacked, clean, and organized to deliver exceptional service to guests. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency behind the bar and helping create a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.

• Replenish ice, napkins, straws, mixers, and other bar essentials throughout service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, sinks, and equipment.

• Collect and wash used glassware and return to the appropriate storage areas.

• Remove trash, empty bottles, and used bar materials promptly.

• Assist with opening and closing duties such as stocking, cleaning, and preparing the bar for service.

• Provide courteous and professional interaction with guests when needed.

• Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and support a high-volume bar operation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
