The Barback supports the bartending team by ensuring all bars are fully stocked, clean, and prepared for service in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment. This role requires strong communication skills, physical stamina, and a guest-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock bars with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and supplies.

• Assist bartenders during service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas and storage rooms.

• Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred but not required.
