Banquet Set Up - Houseperson Full-Time

The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables, chairs, water, etc. Ideal candidate must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift moderate to heavy weight in order to set up events.

• Complete all banquet room set-up and breakdown
• Ensure completeness of banquet room setup
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately
• Complete all coffee break set-up and breakdown
• Complete all necessary side work to include filling and stocking salt/pepper shakers, stocking silverware, glassware and china
• Vacuum carpets at end of day
• Attend required meetings
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies as assigned
• Post reader boards with scheduled functions
