A premier destination resort in Upstate New York is seeking an accomplished Banquet Chef to join its expanding hospitality team. This chef will provide direct oversight to all banquet and catering operations at one of the region’s most dynamic resort properties.


The Banquet Chef will lead a talented team, oversee complex events that enhance guest satisfaction and overall profitability.


Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus + TOKE (paid per event, $10K+ annually), 401(k) with company match, PTO, dining discounts, relocation assistance, and more!


Requirements:

• 5+ years of Hotel Banquet experience

High Volume (10M) experience is required


Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen production

• Design and prepare decorated foods and arrangements for events
