Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Associate

McCarter & English, LLP, a well established and growing law firm, is seeking a talented and driven associate having 2-5 years of experience with a strong academic background and excellent writing skills, admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigation and other creditors’ rights matters in and out of the United States Bankruptcy Court. Salary range for this position is $175,000- $220,000 annually, depending on level of experience. Candidates who receive an offer of employment will be processed through a background check which will be an individualized assessment based on the applicant’s or employee’s specific record and the duties and requirements of the specific job. Candidates must be eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment that rewards dedication and industriousness.
