• Will be working on trucks, machinery equipment for bakery, filtering/boiling out fryers, helping to maintain equipment. This will be part time but can lead to full-time.
• Hours will be 12pm-8pm

·� � � � � � � Work with Equipment Suppliers service representatives as required

·� � � � � � � Coordinate work activities with general contractors as required

·� � � � � � � Manage preventative maintenance schedules and work orders

·� � � � � � � Manage� � spare parts inventory at the appropriate levels

·� � � � � � � Communicate safety and sanitation issues to CML Plant Manager

·� � � � � � � Instruct employees in the proper handling of equipment

·� � � � � � � Deliver training to maintenance and operations team� members

•� � � � � � � Create and maintain a quality and safety focused culture in the bakery

•� � � � � � � Communicates priorities, goals and results to team� members

•� � � � � � � Execute Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines throughout the production shift

• Must have experience working with conveyor lines and some vehicle maintenance
• Able to drive 20ft box trucks
