Our pastry team plays a key role in delivering memorable experiences through handcrafted desserts and baked good enjoyed by guests across the resort.

  • Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and bake goods that reflect Hyatt standards.

  • This role supports daily resort operations, banquets, and special events.

  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment

    .

  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to meet operational needs.

  • Previous experience as a baker or pasty cook preferred.
  • Culinary or pastry education a plus.
  • Knowledge of baking, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for quality and presentation.
