Our client seeking a hands-on Program Leader with a strong Data/AI background to own delivery across multiple programs, deepen executive relationships, and drive account growth in HCLS. The ideal leader blends program governance & delivery rigor with commercial acumen—able to mine whitespace, shape multi-tower opportunities (Data, GenAI, Cloud, Salesforce), and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Program Ownership & Delivery Excellence

  • Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of data/AI programs (data platforms, Lakehouse, MDM, analytics, GenAI/RAG, ML ops), ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with high CSAT.
  • Establish governance cadence: steerco, RAID logs, budget/burn tracking, change control, risk mitigation, quality gates, benefits tracking.
  • Drive delivery standardization: playbooks, reusable assets, estimation models, delivery metrics (velocity, defect density, SLA/OLA adherence).

Client Leadership & Executive Engagement

  • Act as the strategic partner to client executives (CIO/CDO/CMO/Chief Data/Analytics Officers) and business leaders across BFS, HCLS, Retail.
  • Translate strategy into an executable roadmap: data modernization, BI/AI re-platforming, GenAI copilots/agents, regulatory/compliance reporting (e.g., HIPAA, GxP, PCI, SOX).
  • Lead value realization: define KPIs, benefits baselines, and Quarterly Value Reviews.

Account Mining & Growth

  • Build and prosecute account plans: whitespace mapping, stakeholder maps, pursuit heatmaps, competitor positioning, and 2–3 quarter pipeline.
  • Shape and close pursuits ($1M–$10M TCV): proposals, SoW, commercials, solution shaping with presales/CoEs, and partner co-sell (Azure/AWS/GCP/Snowflake/Databricks/Salesforce).
  • Expand from pilot to program scale: land-and-expand motions, multi-tower expansion, managed services transitions.

People Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore), including architects, data engineers, analysts, QA, and Scrum masters.
  • Coach PMs/SDMs; drive talent planning, utilization, and billable leverage; enforce agile delivery best practices.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture with transparent metrics and continuous improvement.

Operational & Financial Management

  • Own portfolio P&L: margin management, delivery efficiency, scope control, and revenue recognition hygiene.
  • Forecast and manage capacity, hiring plans, and partner staffing.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years in data & analytics delivery, including 5+ years leading multi-workstream programs or portfolios.

  • Strong familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure/AWS/GCP data services, Kafka, Delta/Iceberg, Power BI/Tableau, and MLOps tooling.
