Work Environment
This role is based in a component-level overhaul and repair facility in Denton, TX, operating within a Part 145 repair station or MRO environment. You work primarily in a controlled paint-booth setting using spray guns, industrial painting equipment, and aviation-grade coatings. The environment emphasizes strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE and proper chemical handling procedures. You collaborate closely with aircraft maintenance and repair personnel in an industrial shop setting that focuses on precision, cleanliness, and compliance with aviation standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
