What you’ll own

  • Efficiently work onsite to complete necessary installations or troubleshooting
  • Keep an accurate inventory of product necessary for installations
  • Load and unload deliveries of product onsite
  • Stay informed with latest updates and apps necessary for product functionality
  • Effectively communicate progress of installations to the assigned lead technician
  • Resolve or escalate issues as necessary and in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate with other technicians to ensure efficient installations
  • Display the highest level of customer service while installing onsite
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 1 – 3 years of experience with computer deployment, laptop rollout of 1,000 laptops of greater.
  • Familiarization with interactive touch displays, digital signage, classroom sound, video conferencing, and ceiling or wall mounted projectors.
  • Familiarization with power tools (Hammer/ Impact drills.)
  • Basic understanding of construction terminology. (Drill bit sizes, flat head/Phillips head, screws, washers, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of IT terminology. (HDMI, USB, Ethernet, Patch cable, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Travel: Up to 80% local and 20% out of town travel
