Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Validation Engineer with 0–1 year of experience in automotive systems to support validation and testing activities. The candidate will work on vehicle diagnostics and communication protocols, ensuring system functionality and performance through rigorous validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform validation and testing of automotive systems using CAN-based tools
  • Develop and execute test cases for vehicle diagnostics and ECU communication
  • Work with tools like CANoe/CANalyzer to analyze network communication
  • Validate diagnostic protocols such as UDS and related services
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools
  • Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues in automotive systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development and integration teams
  • Support test automation activities where applicable

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and ECU architecture
  • Hands-on or academic experience with CAN / CANoe / CANalyzer
  • Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and protocols (UDS preferred)
  • Familiarity with validation or testing concepts
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python is a plus)
  • Understanding of embedded systems fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience in automotive domain
  • Exposure to tools like Vector CANoe, CANalyzer
  • Knowledge of automotive standards is a plus
