We are growing and looking to addQuality Automotive Technicians (from Experienced to Entry Level) to work with our Quality Dealership,representing theQuality Ford Product! Our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work, an enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about their employees.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a flat-rate (flag) technician, or completion of (or active enrollment in) an automotive training program (including high school, technical school, or post-secondary)
- Ford/Lincoln manufacturer certifications or ASE certifications are a big plus!
- A positive & friendly attitude
- Tools based on our experience
- Communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license
