Automotive Service to Sales Concierge

The Service to Sales Specialist, Concierge is responsible for selling new or used vehicles, specifically to service customers, at the dealership.   

  1. Responsible for all facets of the vehicle sales/lease process from greeting the customer to delivery of the vehicle and (related follow up), subject to responsibilities expressly reserved for management.
  2. Consistently follows road to sale as set forth by management (i.e. walk around, test drive, needs analysis, etc.)
  3. Responsible to scan vehicle identification numbers of incoming service drive customers.
  4. Responsible to provide all “alert” customers with a proposal. If customers are unavailable, then the proposal should be sent to customer. i.e. email, text, etc.
  5. Looks for available opportunities, alerts using data mining software i.e. Auto Alert Program
  6. Makes required number of calls to follow up with service to sales opportunities.
  7. Maintains minimum target sales goals set by upper management. Minimum benchmark of 30 cars per month.
  8. Displays excellent customer service skills, including without limitation: Managing difficult or challenging customer situations; responding promptly to customer needs; soliciting customer feedback to improve service; responding to requests for service and assistance; meeting commitments to customers and management.
  9. Works effectively with, and assists, other Sales Consultants, co-employees, and dealership management to create and maintain effective customer relationships and sell, lease, or deliver vehicles.
  10. Completes accurate paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
  11. Follows Safeguards Rules and company safety procedures and policies.
  12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma or the equivalent; minimum five years automotive sales experience; minimum two years automotive sales management experience.

Basic working knowledge of Dealership computer systems

Excellent selling, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Valid in-state Driver's license and clean driving record
