What You Will Do
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Land Rover vehicles to OEM specifications
• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs with precision and documentation discipline
• Communicate clearly with advisors and shop leadership to keep work moving
• Protect guest safety and trust through quality control and comeback prevention
• Perform test drives to confirm repair quality before vehicle return
• Recommend preventative maintenance services to guests
• Maintain a clean, organized bay consistent with Land Rover standards
What You Bring
Must have:
• 2+ years of dealership technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills with ability to follow OEM procedures
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Team-first communication -- advisors, dispatch, and shop foreman depend on you
Strong plus:
• Land Rover, Jaguar, or European luxury brand experience
• Land Rover factory certifications (required for sign-on bonus eligibility)
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications
Compensation and Benefits
• Pay: $37.30 - $45.00 per flat-rate hour based on experience and certifications
• Sign-On: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for Land Rover certified technicians -- paid over 5 months
