Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
- Service Advisors greet customers and complete service write up process
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
- Know automobiles well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicles
- Maintain strong communication with technicians
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:
- Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required
- Honda experience preferred but not required, will train new hires
- Must be motivated and energetic with strong customer and communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task in a very busy environment.
- Reynolds experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License and clean record
