Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is seeking Energetic and Motivated Experienced and New to the Industry Sales Consultants! If you have ONE year or more of Automotive Sales experience and are a result-driven team player, who not only want to close the sale, but to turn new buyers into lifetime customers. Come join our Sheehy family as we continue to GROW!   Or if you are a 'people person, that's motivated to succeed, with experience in Retail Sales, Hospitality, or Food/ Beverage and have a strong interest in automotive sales, this is an opportunity for you to turn your proven track record of excellent customer service into profits. We will TRAIN you to be the BEST Sales Consultant. Excellent training provided. Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!! 

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
• A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license
