Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is hiring an Express Technician to join our team! We’re looking for a motivated, entry-level automotive professional who is eager to learn, grow, and deliver high-quality maintenance services in a fast-paced dealership environment.
In this role, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while learning from experienced technicians to build your automotive career. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and advance within a supportive, team-oriented shop.
Full-time position | $16–$21 per flag hour (DOE & certifications)
What You’ll Do
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations
• Complete minor services such as replacing filters, wiper blades, and batteries
• Conduct multi-point inspections and document vehicle condition and recommended services
• Communicate findings clearly for Service Advisors to relay to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow dealership and manufacturer standards for all services performed

What We’re Looking For
• Experience performing routine maintenance or completion of an automotive training program
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Good communication abilities
• Must own a basic set of automotive tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Schedule & Work Environment
• Full-time, 5-day workweek with a set schedule
• Service Department hours: Monday–Friday 7am–6pm, Saturday 7am–4pm
• Saturday availability required; Sundays and one weekday off each week
• Air-conditioned shop environment
