We are seeking an experienced Automotive Electrical Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical system faults in OEM vehicle assembly environments.
- The role involves identifying circuit issues, repairing or replacing faulty wiring, connectors, and electrical components, and ensuring all work meets OEM standards.
- The technician will also install new vehicle wiring systems and service complex electrical systems including immobilizers and alarm systems.
- Key responsibilities include conducting advanced electrical diagnostics using OEM tools, performing root cause analysis, interpreting electrical schematics, and documenting repair activities.
- The role also requires providing on-site technical leadership, guiding other technicians, and sharing best practices for efficient troubleshooting.
- This position operates in a fast-paced production environment with weekday and occasional weekend shifts (6 AM – 6 PM), requiring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in confined vehicle spaces.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive electrical experience
- ASE certification
- Experience as lead technician or shop foreman
- Technical or associate degree in automotive/electrical engineering
