We’re hiring an Automation Engineer to lead automation projects, improve manufacturing processes, and support cutting-edge robotics and controls systems across plant operations.
What You’ll Do
• Design and implement automation, robotics, and control systems
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and vision systems
• Lead equipment launches, system integration, and process improvements
• Drive production efficiency through data analysis and automation upgrades
• Support Industry 4.0, IIoT, and smart manufacturing initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, production, IT/OT, and vendors
What You Bring
� 5+ years in automation, controls, or manufacturing engineering
� Strong PLC experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
� Experience with robotics (ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa) and HMI/SCADA systems
� Knowledge of machine vision, industrial networks, and process controls
� Strong troubleshooting, project management, and continuous improvement mindset
