AutoCAD/Inventor Drafter (Architectural Metal Fab)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Fabrication Drafter to prepare detailed diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including critical dimensions and fastening specifications. This role acts as the bridge between customer vision and our fabrication team.

AutoCAD DrafterPay: $22-25/hour (Rogers, MN)

AutoCAD Drafter Shift: 7:30 - 4:30 pm M-F

Primary Duties:

• Utilize AutoCAD and Inventor to produce shop-ready fabrication drawings.

• Convert customer-supplied drawings into internal fabrication standards.

• Conduct QA/QC checks on peer drafting work.

• Execute daily project administrative tasks and time tracking.

Requirements:

• Formal training and proficiency in AutoCAD & Inventor.

• Strong mechanical aptitude; sheet metal experience is a significant plus.

• Excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities.

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
