Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with accurate parts identification and ordering 
• Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter, by phone, and via email 
• Use OEM and aftermarket catalogs to research and source parts 
• Create parts quotes, invoices, and special orders 
• Maintain parts displays, stock levels, and organization of the parts counter area 
• Support technicians by pulling and staging parts for repair orders 
• Work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure smooth daily operations 
• Assist with inventory counts and vendor returns as needed 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Specialist, Parts Counterperson, or similar role preferred 
• Strong knowledge of commercial truck, automotive, or heavyâ€'duty parts 
• Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogs 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Comfortable using dealership management systems and parts lookup software 
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
