Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM Eastern Time

Responsibilities:
The clinician will have the opportunity to work in a busy private practice setting. We are seeking a candidate with solid clinical skills who is well versed in the process of diagnostic testing, selection, fitting and sale of hearing instruments and assistive listening devices. The candidate will be responsible for the growth of the office and the hearing health of the patients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and eager to improve lives through better hearing.
Day-To-Day Activities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing
- Recommend, fit, and program hearing instruments and assistive devices
- Educate patients on hearing health and long-term care plans
- Manage a daily patient flow of ~12–13 patients
- Build long-term relationships with patients through follow-up care and service
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the clinic
- Patient hours coming into the clinic are 8AM-4PM Eastern Time
Training and Development:
- Structured 30-day onboarding program with training and shadowing
- Training on how to deliver better care while maximizing patient outcomes and practice growth
- Potential travel to Headquarters for onboarding and “best practice” exposure
- Two-yearly company trainings with executive leadership and peers in Ohio
- Ongoing development in both clinical care and patient consultation/sales approach
- Structured scheduling, onboarding and training processes
Qualifications:
- Current Audiology License (in good standing) in state of employment
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient-focused mindset with passion for improving lives
- Clinically-strong but also comfortable in consultative, patient-facing environment
- Motivated by building long-term patient relationships for the clinic
