We’re looking for a reliable AV Installer / Technician to join our team and grow with us. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who wants to level up into a senior or lead position.
What You’ll Do
- Install TVs, speakers, and basic audio/video systems
- Run and terminate wiring (Cat6, speaker wire, etc.)
- Assist with rack builds and system installations
- Support setup of networks and surveillance systems
- Troubleshoot basic AV and connectivity issues
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Work alongside lead technicians on larger projects
Compensation (DMV Market-Based)
- Entry-Level (0–2 yrs): $20 – $25/hr
- Mid-Level (2–4 yrs): $25 – $32/hr
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in AV, low voltage, construction, or related field
- Basic understanding of wiring, tools, and installation practices
- Willingness to learn Control4, Savant, and Lutron systems
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work on a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
