Base Salary: Up to $180k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Trusts & Estates – Sophisticated estate planning, probate, trust administration, and contested T&E matters for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and sophisticated estate planning documents.
- Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary accountings.
- Handle contested trusts and estates litigation and tax-related matters.
- Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning, tax minimization, and succession strategies.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active NJ bar (NY a plus).
- 3–8+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.
