Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $170k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Commercial Real Estate & Corporate Transactions – Acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings, joint ventures, business sales, and related corporate matters for middle-market companies, developers, investors, and individuals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and document commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financings.
- Handle corporate transactions including business formations, sales/acquisitions, and governance agreements.
- Conduct due diligence, draft agreements, and manage closings for real estate and corporate deals.
- Advise clients on risk mitigation, contract structuring, and day-to-day business matters.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active PA bar (NJ a plus).
- 2–6+ years of real estate transactional or corporate experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Interest in both real estate and corporate work is a plus.
