About the Role
The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients throughout South Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high‑volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
- Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and all litigation pleadings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and experts.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of experienced attorneys and legal staff.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven courtroom capability.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and a busy caseload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000 + attorney fees
