Reeder LLP, a Best Law Firms Tier 1 litigation boutique, is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing litigation team.

This position offers substantial responsibility, direct client interaction, meaningful motion and deposition practice, and significant trial-preparation experience. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys on sophisticated business dispute and gain hands-on experience often unavailable at larger firms.

Responsibilities:

·        Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

·        Conduct legal research and prepare strategic analyses

·        Manage written discovery and document production

·        Take and defend depositions

·        Participate in mediation, arbitration, and court appearances

·        Assist with trial preparation and evidentiary hearings

·        Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and courts

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership
• 3-5 years’ experience in commercial litigation
• Experience handling discovery, motions, and depositions
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
